I miss this game. Since changing from Nvidia to AMD GPU I have not been able to get the game to run full screen. Just a small box in the upper left or crash to desktop :-(

Hope that the 1967 track pack team will work on an enhanced version of mosport rain track too, but anyway, even if there is no plan about that, they've done an amazing job

Is there an alternative Nurburgring with all the extra trackside improvements without the swamp grass and huge mismatched low-res bushes/trees?

Those revamped original tracks have always been my nightmare. Due to a poor specs PC I remember I had to keep all "vanilla" both on and off line, "trackwise". When my league (OAO, wonderful memories!!!!) raced a new non original track I had to switch to the original papi cars in the often vain attempt to get some decent fps. I had to quit when my second kid was born, otherwise I think I'd be still enjoying our beloved GPL, both on and off line, again. Thank you for keeping up THE FLAG!!!!!

Is there any way to alter the FOV and/or seat position? I've tried GEM+ which has an FOV setting, but that program doesn't recognise the demo executable. When I create a player using the gpl.exe and then activate it through GEM+ I can get into the game, but it won't let me actually start a training/race/championship (trying multiplayer just quits the program).

I'd completely forgotten I made this video. Notice how the time taken to show each car got shorter as I realised the song wasnt long enough, had to rush the last few rather than shorten the first ones 😁
